Agreement to Terms
By using IntendCloud Audit CLI or accessing intendcloud.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. IntendCloud is operated by Shahi Cloud Consulting AB, Sweden.
Service Description
IntendCloud Audit is a command-line tool that scans AWS infrastructure for compliance violations against multiple frameworks (CIS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, MAS TRM, BNM RMiT, and others).
The tool orchestrates Checkov (IaC scanning), Prowler (runtime scanning), and Terraform/OpenTofu (drift detection) to provide correlated compliance findings and auto-generated remediation code.
License and Usage
Free Tier
- Free CIS AWS scanning for unlimited scans
- Single AWS account per scan
- HTML report output only
- No service level agreement (SLA)
Paid Tiers
- Subscription-based access to additional frameworks
- Multi-account scanning
- Multiple output formats (PDF, JSON, CSV, SARIF)
- Auto-remediation code generation
- SLA per plan tier

Important Notice:
IntendCloud Audit is provided "as is" for compliance scanning. It is NOT a substitute for professional audit services.
- Scan results are informational, not legal advice
- Passing scans do not guarantee audit success
- You are responsible for validating compliance with your auditors
- We recommend engaging qualified compliance professionals for certification audits
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the CLI tool
- Use the tool to scan infrastructure you don't own or have permission to scan
- Share paid-tier license keys with unauthorized users
- Attempt to bypass scan limits or access restrictions
- Use the tool for malicious purposes or security testing without authorization
Data and Security
- The CLI runs locally on your machine
- You retain ownership of all scan results
- We do not access your AWS credentials or scan results (unless you opt-in to Enterprise cloud storage)
- You are responsible for securing your local scan outputs
Payment and Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- You can cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Enterprise plans may have custom billing terms
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Free tier: No SLA
- Starter/Professional: Email support, 24-hour response (business days)
- Enterprise: Dedicated support, 4-hour SLA, custom terms available
Limitation of Liability
IntendCloud and Shahi Cloud Consulting AB are not liable for:
- Failed audits or certification processes
- Missed compliance violations or false positives/negatives
- Infrastructure changes made based on scan results
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment (paid plans)
- Abuse or misuse of the service
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email (for paid customers) or posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
